Our mission

In today's society, we can't even define what a man is. The biggest problem is that we cannot become what we cannot define. Our mission is to help men discover what the definition of Biblical manhood is and practical ways to apply that in all areas of life.

Our vision

We want to see revival in our families, churches and communities. We want to see men reclaim the masculinity that was given by Almighty God. Men are told we are not needed, we are not wanted, that we are dangerous and toxic. Wives need husbands, children need fathers, and the world needs good men to lead well.

Our team

We are a group of men that have a desire to see men become who they are designed and called to be. We have a passion for helping men discover what it means to courageously follow God's Word, love and protect God's Woman, Excel at God's Work and better God's World.

Tyler Lehman

Founder & CEO

Tyler is a follower of King Jesus, husband to Melissa, father to Adley, Easton & Gatlin, and has a passion to help men discover God's design for Biblical Manhood, and enjoys a vigorous round of pickleball.

Josh Tanner

Founder & V.P. of communications

Josh is a Worship Pastor, husband to Jennifer, Father to Abigail, Jeran, Elias and Evalynn, and loves to lead God's people to the throne in worship, and enjoys a good Dr. Pepper.

Josiah Reese

founder & director of operations

Josiah is a Student Pastor, Husband to Leah, father to Ila & Vivian, and has a passion to teach and equip the next generation to serve Christ, and loves a good smoked piece of meat.

James Cheney

Graphic artist & it specialist

James serves as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Missions at Fellowship Baptist Church just outside of St. Louis. He loves to get outside and explore nature. He enjoys a good challenge and learns new things quickly.
